Rated 5 out of 5 by from Voltage control! Finally... Tried a couple of external regualtors, one adjustable, but they would not control my alternator's output properly. Had a constant fluctuation of roughly 1.2 volts. That's enough to make all the lights pulse. Put this baby on, and now voltage fluctuation is 0.2 volts - no pulsing. I also installed a relay so that the power wire from the battery is direct to the regulator. Alternator is a stock Denso style in a 97 Dodge Ram. The blue paint is much better looking than the common steel cases too.
