    Is this harness obd1 or obd2 ? Can you plug in a scanner to it?

    This will depend on the ECM you are using. They have a connecter that will work with OBD II scanners.

    Hi i was wondering if this harness has just the minimum to run the 5.9 magnum alone or does it have the wiring to run the 46re that would have come on the magnum stock  Thanks in advance
