Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pump mounted regulator Got this to replace valve cover mount regulator, which pulls outside air into engine. So moisture is brought in to engine and mixes with oil!! This regulator mounts at pump pulling air into pump only, except for leaks in engine

Does this replace the inlet fitting on a 4 vane enhanced pump or screw on the fitting.  Instructions don't want you to deviate from the included pump specific an fitting.

    Asked by: Finishline
This would be on the inlet side and will bleed a certain amount of air to regulate the vacuum in the engine.

How does it work? Do you screw it down to increase vacuum or decrease vacuum?

    Asked by: locoAL
Turn it in for less vacuum and out for more vacuum.
