Standard Material

Manufactured from cellulose/nitrate composition gasket material

Ultra-Seal II Material

A new, patented process provides a three-part sealing barrier system for a total seal.

The Primary Seal has a formed rubber polymer edge and conforms easily to flange surface irregularities and maintains sufficient sealing stress after being compressed.

The Secondary Barrier has a custom-formed polymer edge that creates a second sealing barrier through a controlled process in which the polymer is intruded into the pores of the base gasket material sealing the edge and making this high-density area an integral part of the intake gasket.

The Third Barriers structural carrier provides additional permeation resistance via a special blend of synthetic compounds formed into a 1/16'' thick, homogeneous and high-density base material that will not crack or split under excessive clamp load. The engineered matrix provides superior torque retention, crush resistance, and sheer strength.

All of Mr. Gasket's Intake Manifold Gaskets are recommended for OE replacement, high performance street, drag race and oval track applications. Gaskets are packed as a set, 2 gaskets per a package.
