PJ1 SP514 - VHT Quick Dry Enamel

VHT Quick-Coat is an acrylic resin coating that provides extra hide and durability for interior or exterior applications. This tough durable coating prevents corrosion on properly prepared surfaces is fast drying, lead free, and ozone safe. VHT Quick-Coat provides a rich weather resistant gloss finish to most surfaces. The new acrylic resins are UV, chalk resistant and colorfast.

Application: Clean surface thoroughly. Removing all grease, oil, loose paint and rust. Sand previously painted surfaces lightly, then wipe substrate with a tac cloth being careful to remove all dust and paint particles. Spot prime all exposed metal or wood surfaces with VHT ENAMEL PLUS PRIMER. Lightly sand the primed area with a lightweight sandpaper and again wipe with a tac cloth. Hold the can 12 to 16 inches away from the surface and spray in one direction using long smooth strokes. Repeat this procedure in the opposite direction. Wait 15 to 20 minutes before re-coating. If you touch up or re-coat surface after 2 hours, a light sanding will be required for best adhesion. Dries to the touch in 15 minutes, cured over night. When using in temperatures below 70° F, dry time will be significantly increased.
