    44001 - Pertronix Flame-Thrower III Coils is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great, looks good. Seems to be high quality I bought this for a '66 Mustang I'm working on with a 289. I swapped the points distributor out for a Petronix Flamethrower III cast distributor, and from what I've read, the Igniter III electronics don't stock coils. These have a very low resistance, which I'm sure helps with the distributor electronics. Visually, the coil looks great. The chrome finish is good and it fit in the factory coil bracket easily. Even the hardware seemed to be a good quality, not some tiny cheap nuts and lock washer. After installing the coil and distributor, the spark was very strong. I've only driven the car 50 miles or so since install but so far, so good. I have another SBF I'm building for my girlfriend, I'll probably use the same setup.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Whoa, I got a chrome one, dude! Great looks, fits my stock coil bracket, ultra low ohmzzzzz. What more can one ask for. Works great with the pertronix 3 thingy inside my stock dist. Does that make it "stealthy"?
