Can a power tracks locker GM 8.2 10 bolt in a 71 A body handle a 427 big block around 500 horse?
The Lockright 754-1940-LR differential does not have an hp rating.

Will this unit fit on my 1969 8.2 BOP rear, as of right now it has 2.56 gears open, which with this unit I would like to put 3.55 gears in it. Thanks for you time.
