    Q-850-AN is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Worth it! I have been using this carburetor for a couple of months and have had no disappointments. This carburetor is a replacement for a Holley 750. I'm using it on a well prepared 408 BBC. It needed slightly different jets to tune it and your normal set up procedures which is extremely easy to do with this carb. While changing the jets I noticed the machined surfaces were finished well WITHOUT a bunch of sharp edges or loose metal shavings everywhere. The throttle response is very crisp and has no hesitations what so ever. The engine now has consistent idle quality even with only 8 in hg vacuum. The engine now pulls extremely well. My 31X16X15 M/T tires won't hold now. It's like night and day difference.

i believe i selected the wrong carb when i ordered this beauty. My question is does she have the vacuum connections for vacuum advance and the big one in rear for brake booster? Cant find a picture of the bottom.

    Asked by: 66camino
It does have the one in the base plate normally used for the vacuum line to the brake booster. It does not come with a vacuum advance port.
