01315 - Royal Purple Synthetic Max-Cycle Oil is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good product I have used RP Synthetic in my Kawasaki for 15 years and 80,000 miles with no motor issues, no complaints, and no sludge. Internals always look clean and well lubed. First time for Max Cycle, needed JASO MA2 for my Beemer's cat con, but I have faith in RP and expect great results.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome ! This oil is awesome! It's the only oil I've ever used that you can actually feel a difference in the performance so I use it in my car and bike.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from #1 for wet clutches. Put it in and could tell a difference in my clutch. Felt stronger. Engine power seemed a little better. Good product. Will never go back to regular oil.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No noticeable difference from other oils Thought I would give royal purple a try in my vf1000r. Did not notice any difference over valoline MC oil. In my opinion, not worth the extra cost.

How does the Max cycle 10w40 perform in a inline 4 cylinder engine that revs to 10,500 RPM's? How often would I have to change the oil under these conditions? I tach it up a lot and drive it hard. I see commits on V-Twins.

    Asked by: ZRX Lover
It will perform well in an engine like that. It will depend on the amount of sustained run time and its application on how long it will last between oil changes.
