2 Bar Slides
This is a 2 Bar Slide designed for use with 2" webbing. It is found on almost all Schroth harnesses because it has virtually no microslip under significant load. It can be used to wrap 2" webbing against a harness bar, or to wrap in an end fitting.
The 2 Bar Slides have better holding forces, however these slides can be much more difficult to wrap. The 3 Bar Slides are easier to wrap but even when correctly wrapped the 3 bar slides will have what is called mircoslip - when a small amount of webbing slips through the bracket under a significant load.
