This special tool is designed to remove and install the pulley on Ford (and Eaton) superchargers. The replacement of the press-on supercharger pulley for the Ford series superchargers (Cobra, Lightning and Harley-Davidson trucks) is a staight-forward procedure with this tool, but does require that the engine be completely cooled down before removal of the existing pulley or installation of the replacement pulley. The best procedure is to allow the car/engine to sit overnight before beginning the procedure.
Increase boost and add tire schredding horsepower! Steeda's GT500 supercharger pulley directly replaces the factory supercharger pulley and gives approx 3psi of extra boost. Manufactured out of billet steel, not aluminum like others on the market and nickel plated for durability and great looks. In house testing has shown increases of over 125 HP and 100ftlbs of Torque to the Rear Tires!!! (Test on GT500 with Steeda CAI, Pulley and Tune)
