Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unfortuneate Experience I have not returned a part in many years, but in this case I had no choice. The U-Joint I purchased was unserviceable. I cannot believe this was an example of the routine quality Strange Engineering produces. The box that housed the product was tattered and torn. The part was not new and appeared to have been mishandled and abused. I feel it would be unfair to judge a company's overall performance based on a probable mistake. I believe a reasonable explanation for this mishap is that an obviously unserviceable part was inadvertently returned into their inventory.
