    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Well first my experience with JEGS is great. No complaints. Now on the manufacturer side of things irritated me so bad I had to return most likely a perfect product. Appearance was a 10, packaging 10, over all happy until I read the warranty.... be cautious ordering from TCI. Nowhere it states on the website for tci and jegs about 10 days from purchase to mail in warranty card. It took 3 weeks to receive this torque converter. My warranty expired before it left TCI. So I called and explained this to them, they said sorry about my luck.... Ha my luck is good. I called jegs made a full return with no hassle. The BBB was called on TCI, it's not like it was a "cheap" product it was $700. Till the day I die I will bad mouth TCI. JEGS, your awesome for all the hassle free help and extreme hospitality.
