Taylor 2590 - Taylor Heat Tape/Insulation Wraps

This heat tape reflects heat away from wires, cable, fuel lines and more! It is a great way to insulate components without the hassle of disassembly or use it as a means to hold other insulation in place. Durable cloth construction makes it last longer and is more rugged than similar products. This tape withstands 1100 F continuous radiant heat and 500 F or direct contact. Easy to cut and cinch to install with its high temperature self adhesive backing.

Exhaust wraps help to retain heat in your exhaust system, WHICH INCREASES HORSEPOWER while reducing radiant heat damage, especially to spark plug wires in header applications. By wrapping the exhaust system it maintains hotter exhaust gases while decreasing the density and allows the gas to exit the exhaust system faster. This scavenging helps lower the intake temperatures resulting in more HORSEPOWER. Special Heat Coating allows wrap to take up to 1200º F continuous heat source.
