Balanced and Matched Sets
Venom fuel injectors are 100% flow tested, balanced and matched to within +/- 1.5% of their nominal flow rate.

Pintle and Pintle Seat
Pintle assemblies are matched and blueprinted to increase flow rate and fuel atomization

Internal O-Rings
Internal O-rings are manufactured of advanced polyelastamer compound which increases resistance to fuel compound and high heat generated by the increased duty cycle.

Electromagnetic Coils
Molded of aerospace grade material and wound with micro-meter tolerances to decrease activation time at the start of each duty cycle. Encased in Kapton tape and molded to protect against electrical current leaching while under sever load.

Electrical Plug
Solid copper terminals to increase current flow to the electromagnetic coil. Oversized terminals and guide pins for tighter fit and less terminal corrosion.

Filter Basket and External O-Rings
Mesh filter is used to protect against any fuel contaminates. Manufactured of advanced polyelastamer compound which resists against various oils and racing fuels.
