World Products 832876 - World Products Warhawk LS7X Engine Blocks Details
Warhawk Block Kits (Required)
Kit Includes: Warhawk has many unique features and requires some specific additional parts to build a complete block. The design of the valley cover is one such unique area. This block does not have AFM towers in the valley and the cam position sensor has been relocated to the rear area of the valley cover. The rear seal plate has been changed from OE to accommodate our priority main oiling system. The front cam retainer plate is also redesigned to cover our larger oil gallery transfer slot.
ARP Builds the head stud kits to our spec and we offer the additional sixteen studs for six-bolt per cylinder head attachment.
World Products Warhawk LS7X Blocks are made of rugged 357-T6 aircraft aluminum alloy. Equipped with both late LS1 and standard SB-Chevy motor mounts. Priority main oiling feeds crankshaft first and top-end last. Accommodates dry sump systems - scavenge pick-up at rear of block. Billet steel C5R style main cap with 200,000 psi ARP studs. Choice of 9.240" or 9.800" deck heights. Cam bores can be machined up to 60mm. Provisions for two extra head studs per cylinder. Stud holes counter bored to eliminate distortion. Available in 4.000" or 4.125" bore with .100" dry sleeves and .300" aluminum support. Crankcase accepts 4.250" stroke crank. Accommodates all standard GM LS-series components Race Prepped Blocks:

installed. You'll find this to be a HUGE time saver and a very
cost-effective investment.

Designed to Handle Big Boost!
Not only is the Warhawk Block reinforces in all critical areas, but there are provisions for two extra studs per cylinder head. This substantially increases the available clamping force, allowing engine builders to employ high combustion pressure with complete confidence.

Superior Bottom-End Strength
The Warhawk takes a cue from the GM C5R racing block in terms of billet steel main cap design, then ups the ante though use of ARP'S highly acclaimed 200,000 psi main studs

454ci with 100% Safety
While 6 liter LS2 and 7 liter LS7 engines are cool, you should know that Worlds Warhawk Block can accommodate a 4.125" bore (with .100" thick dry sleeves backed by .300+ aluminum) and a 4.250" stroke crank without any modifications.

Dry Sump Systems Not Required
LS7-equipped Corvettes come with a dry sump because early testing was said to have shown excessive main and rod bearing wear. GM's cure was to use an expensive dry sump oil system. World's solution was to design the Warhawk with priority main oiling. Lubricant goes from the bearings, then up top.

Easily Installed in 1955-Up Chevy
In addition to equipping the Warhawk Block with factory style LS1/LS7 motor mounts, World added a set of standard SB-Chevy motor mounts. This allows the Warhawk to be easily installed in a myriad Chevys, from Tri-5s to F-bodies.

Improved Piston Ring Sealing
The Warhawk has .100" thick Ductile iron sleeves and .300"+ block to prevent ballooning of the sleeve when pressure is applied.
