The Billet Atomizer, the maximum plate in the minimum space! The Nitrous Works Billet Atomizer series features the latest in spray plate technology. This improved design utilizes a 1/2'' thick machined billet plate, and incorporates ''Freeze-Free'' spray bars with clustered discharge holes to improve atomization and distribution. Single-stage kits are available in varied horsepower levels for all popular single and dual four-barrel combinations. All systems require an adjustable fuel pressure supply and engine components must be compatible with the selected power levels. The entry level Billet Atomizer system can provide power increases of 75 or 125 HP to stock engines. On mildly modified engines with forged pistons, the 132-10010 system can be used at all horsepower levels. However, on power outputs exceeding 125 HP, either a larger or dedicated fuel pump is required to maintain a minimum fuel pressure of 5 psi. An adjustable regulator to control fuel flow to the solenoid is highly recommended. The 11000 Series was designed for more powerful race engines, but the 125 HP version can be used on stock or mildly modified motors. These kits require an adjustable fuel supply line in the 6 to 8 psi range. On the higher power level settings, a larger or dedicated fuel pump is required with engine components compatible with the selected power level. The 12000 Series is our premier line of Billet Atomizer™ plate systems. They are designed to be used in conjunction with powerful race engines with internal components suited to the demands of high-output nitrous motors. It is recommended that a separate fuel system, dedicated to nitrous, is employed - including a fuel pressure regulator capable of maintaining 7 to 9 psi.
