The Brodix B1 BA and B1 BA MC Series Aluminum Heads were developed specifically for small block Mopar engines in the 340-400ci range used in oval track, drag racing and Pro Street. Significant changes to produce excellent performance gains over other Mopar compatible heads include relocated spark plug positions, improved combustion chamber and port designs!


The Brodix B1 BS and B1 MO Series Aluminum Heads are designed specifically for the big block Mopar racer that wants a significant increase in horsepower while replacing their cast iron heads. These heads are the best value for the performance gained with B1 BS heads producing horsepower gains of over 90-120 HP when compared to similar cast iron designs and hard core B-block engine racers can reach even greater potential with the B1 MO heads!

Small Block Mopar B1 Heads include:
The B1 BA heads use standard intake manifolds (some may require milling), valve covers and exhaust headers. Stock shaft mount rockers can be used on a factory 340 or 360 block by using special B1 rocker stands. Aftermarket ''R'' Blocks that oil through the pushrod can use small block Chevy rocker arms!
The B1 BA MC heads are designed with the engine builder in mind. These heads require a W-5 or W-7 intake manifold, a shaft mounted rocker system, the pushrod slots are unmachined and the exhaust face is blank to allow the engine builder to lay out the bolt pattern for stock, W-5 or W-7 exhaust headers!

Big Block Mopar B1 Heads include:
The B1 BS heads utilize stock or aftermarket off-the-shelf intake manifolds, valve covers and headers. Items you would normally upgrade during a cylinder head change are all that is required; aftermarket rockers, longer pushrods and head studs! These as-cast versions featuring matched intake ports, bowls blended and a multi-angle valve job.
The STS B1 BS are 100% CNC ported versions of the B1 BS and are completely contoured and ported for maximum velocity and airflow!
The B1 MO heads are for serious B-block Mopar racers as they are capable of flowing over 400cfm. They use a standard or aftermarket B-block and off-the-shelf exhaust headers but do require an upgraded rocker system, pistons, valve covers and intake manifold.
