Downpipes

DC Sports Competition Pipes are dyno tested for all out performance for racing applications only. Extensive research and development goes into each component to ensure the best performance for your vehicle.

Competition Pipes are precision bent on a CNC mandrel benders using data acquired from our non-contact digitizing scanner. DC's flanges are CNC machined, we machine-grind the flange- mating surface to ensure a leak-free seal and use a robotic welder to attach the flange to the header pipes.

DC Sports strut bars reduce a vehicle's chassis flex by connecting the vehicle body at the shock towers for added stiffness. Their strut bars vastly improve a car's road manners and handling characteristics, work with the factory suspension components, and are a must for road race applications or spirited drivers with heavily modified street vehicles.
