Driven Break-In Oils provide the highest levels of zinc and phosphorus for flat-tappet engines and the maximum protection available for cams and lifters.
Used by Joe Gibbs Racing to break-in and dyno all their engines, this petroleum oil provides the highest levels of zinc and phosphorus for flat-tappet engines. The additive package promotes ring seal and provides maximum protection available for cams and lifters during initial break-in. Requires no additional additives. Viscosity typical of 15W-50.
The same high zinc and phosphorus formula as our original break-in oil, now in a SAE 5W-30 viscosity for tight clearance and/or low temperature break-in. Good for restrictor plate engines, drag race engines, and OEM rebuilds. Provides excellent ring sealing. Requires no additional additives. Good for full power pulls on the dyno, one night of racing or up to 400 miles on the street.
The same high Zinc and Phosphorus formula as our original break-in oil, now in SAE 10W-40 viscosity. Well suited for classic muscle car, European sports car and motorcycle engines. Ideal for flat tappet and aggressive roller valve trains, as well as Ethanol- blended, pure Methanol and oxygenated race fuels. Does not require additional ZDDP additives. Good for dyno testing, one night of racing or up to 400 miles on the street. Viscosity typical of 10W-40.
Used by Joe Gibbs Racing during the assembly of every engine, this unique formula completely
dissolves in oil. Used to pre-lube cams and lifters. Combined with BR, it provides proven
