Gain up to 70 HP!
Edge EZ Modules unleash the potential of Cummins diesel engines by monitoring RPM, timing, turbo boost pressure, and fuel data and then adjusting timing and fueling to maximize power, torque, and drivability. They're also stackable with other upgrades so simply plug one into the stock connections, and you're ready to go.
On 1998-1/2 to 2002 model trucks, remapping of the timing and fueling parameters is done via the CAN-BUS system, which communicates between the Cummins ECM (Engine Control Module) and Bosch fuel injection pump. All data sent from the EZ Module is within reach of the pump to enable smooth, predictable power delivery without compromising integrity. EZ Modules for the same model years deliver gains of 60-65 horsepower and 160-180 ft/lbs torque. Click charts to see 2001 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9L gains.
EZ Modules for 2003-Up models have four power levels, and they deliver gains of 40-70 horsepower and 220 ft/lbs torque set on Level 4. Click charts to see 2003 Dodge Ram Cummins 5.9L gains.
Additionally, EZ Modules for 2004-1/2 and Up models have an in-cab switch for on-the-fly adjustability.
