The fuel bowl vent tubes have an angled cut and are sold 10/pkg.

For center-hung fuel bowls, including 4165 carbs, the baffle extends the fuel bowl vent to the opposite side of the bowl. It also controls fuel splash by preventing fuel from spilling out of the primary vent tube during hard acceleration.
