Now you can build custom headers easier than ever! Hooker has taken the hardest part of header fabrication, welding the tubes to the flanges, and did it for you. Each flange has 2'' long stubs welded to it and is finished with an O-ring bead weld which is machine finished, not ground, to provide a perfect sealing surface. The flange is then internally deburred and heli-brazed on the outside to provide maximum strength. Kits come complete with gaskets, bolts and a polished stainless steel contingency tag.
