Hurst Features:

Dual mode of operations. Operation in the standard in-line gate mode: From the park position, pull up on the reverse Loc/Out handle. Pull back into reverse, push down and simply pull back into neutral or desired gear. Operation in the ratchet mode: From the park position, pull up on the reverse Loc/Out handle and move into reverse. Push down and pull back to neutral. Push down in neutral and ratchet into gear.: Operation in the standard in-line gate mode: From the park position, pull up on the reverse Loc/Out handle. Pull back into reverse, push down and simply pull back into neutral or desired gear.
