Sportsman torque converters are designed for hot cars and bracket racers. They have a 3400 or 3800 stall for a TH350 or TH400 transmission. Other features include: ground neck, furnace-brazed steel turbine hub, new mounting pads, Torrington bearings, heavy-duty sprags, and steel crank pilot.

Note: The JW Sportsman Converters are recommended for vehicles that weigh less then 3200 LBS and are not using a transbrake, nitrous or supercharger.
