This lightweight battery box is designed to meet NHRA requirements for the relocation of the battery to the trunk or hatch areas. Designed for top and side post group 24 batteries. Features a molded polyethylene box with a foam seal to prevent gases from escaping into the vehicle and a distinctive raised JEG'S logo. Includes 3/8'' mounting hardware, grommets and 2' of vent tubing. Top post battery cable and ground strap kit sold separately, part number 555-10303.
