JEGS Glass Bead Impact Media

Glass bead impact media can be used on a variety of surfaces, is chemically inert which eliminates undesirable residues on ferrous metals while imparting a controlled yet clean finish and cleans quickly without significant metal removal. Designed for processes such as cleaning, finishing, peening and deburring. All beads contain no free silica (environmentally friendly), recycles many times and cleans efficiently at a 45-60 deg. nozzle angle. Available in a 50 lb. container of coarse bead to remove tougher soil which peens to a more intense level and to deeper zones in the surface or in a medium bead to remove smaller and lighter soil with more impacts per pound which produces a matte finish.
