March Performance Serpentine Conversion kits replace your low performance V-belts, pulleys, brackets and eliminate any issues with belt throwing. Simple to bolt on, these kits retain your standard rotation water pump. Standard and mid-mount kits locate your accessories close to the engine center and in front of the cylinder heads, which is ideal for narrow engine compartments. There are two pulley ratios available; Performance Ratio pulleys which increase horsepower by approx. 12-h.p., depending on accessories driven, and the High Water Flow Ratio pulleys for increased water flow and fan speed, which is critcial at low speed driving. Precision CNC-machined from solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum to fit perfectly as well as handle high torque and vibration. The high tensile strength of the material combined with the hard coating on all high wear areas means a much longer duty life than common cast pulleys with no chance of any type of fracturing or structural failure. All pulleys and brackets have a "No Polishing" maintenance-free clear powdercoating. An adjustable stainless steel tensioning rod with chrome-moly rod ends and mounting hardware is also included.
Applications: These kits fit most mid and full size cars from the early 1950's and newer. Kit also fits 1969 and later Camaros and Novas. Other cars check water pump nose to radiator clearance. Long-style water pumps are required with these Standard & Mid-Mount kits. Water pump extends 8" out from the engine block, plus you will need to consider clearance for a mechanical or electric cooling fan.
Most Standard & Mid Mount Serpentine Conversion Kits are available in three different series to suit space and budget requirements.
Ultra Series is the top of the line kit with all neccessary pulleys, alternator fan, mounting brackets and hardware included in one kit.
Deluxe Series is ideal for cars with minimal engine to radiator clearance. This kit includes everything available in the Ultra Series kit with the exception of most pulley nose covers and alternator fan.
Custom Series is the low cost system that gives up nothing in performance. This is the same kit, component for component, as the Deluxe Series kit but with a protective silver powdercoat finish.

This ingeniously designed mid-mount a/c serpentine kit incorporates a combination bracket that provides a compact and strong mounting for the alternator and air conditioner. The addition of an idler provides excellent belt-wrap around the alternator and A/C compressor pulleys for "No Slip" operation.
