March Chevy Small Block Ultra Outward Mount Serpentine Kits

The high tensile strength of the material combined with the hard coating on all high wear areas means a much longer duty life than common cast pulleys with no chance of any type of fracturing or structural failure. All pulleys and brackets have a "No Polishing" maintenance-free clear powdercoating. An adjustable stainless steel tensioning rod with chrome-moly rod ends and mounting hardware is also included. There are two pulley ratios available; Performance to increase horsepower by reducing accessory drag, with typical gains of 12-15 horsepower at the rear wheels and High Waterflow to increase cooling by speeding up water flow and fan speed, critical for low speed driving where most overheating occurs.

• Up to 17'' Clearance from water pump centerline to side of engine compartment (see diagram below)
• Will not work with Blower set-ups, idler pulley interferes with blower drive belt
• Two accessory holes in cylinder head for mounting
• If using ZZ4 timing cover you will have to modify short water pump for clearance
• GM 10si style alternator with mounting tabs at 6 and 12 O'Clock
• Most kits require a standard rotation small block Chevy short water pump
• Power steering kits require power steering pump style specified, must have side motor mounts on 1955-57 Chevy, must use remote reservoir style on Chevelle, Monte Carlo, El Camino, 1970-up Camaro and S-10
• A/C kits require a reverse rotation 1984-91 Corvette water pump and Sanden 505 or 508 Compressor
