Originally designed for NHRA Pro Stock cars, this pump has set an unmatched standard for performance. This performance and durability has allowed our customers to use these pumps in applications previously unheard of for electric water pumps. They are recommended for use in 900+HP drag cars, Supercharged & nitrous engines, high performance street cars and continuous duty applications (circle track, off road, etc). The pump housing, motor cap and impeller are precision CNC-machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for superior corrosion resistance. The stainless steel impeller shaft runs through a one-piece carbon-ceramic seal that completely isolates the epoxy coated motor from the coolant for years of reliable service. The motor has a radio frequency suppresion circuit incorporated into the motor brush card to reduce ignition ''RF'' interference. Available in a polish or anodized finish.
