Most late 1960s/early 1970s factory-built muscle cars were equipped with viscous fans for cooling. This package provides thermostatically-controlled cooling with a lightweight balanced fan, robbing engines of the least amount of power compared to flex and fixed fans (a 15 horsepower gain is typical for most high-performance V8s).
