Smuggler Rear Bumper features a unique Rear Tire Carrier that can swing both horizontally and vertically. The tire carrier's extremely unique vertical ability enables it to unfold in a down position, placing the tire on the ground so you can roll your tire instead of lifting it off the mount. This feature is especially helpful because many tires and wheel weigh close to a hundred pounds. Olympic has engineered an insert point for a Hi Lift Jack, which is lined up with the frame of the vehicle so you are lifting the vehicle up by the frame and not the bumper. There are two D Ring Mounts securely welded into place and a 2'' Receiver Hitch with a safety chain attachement points welded on the underside of the 1/4'' thick Winch plate, strengthening the winch mount and fortifying the structure of the bumper to protect it from off-road hazards.
