Never change points again with Pertronix Ignitor System. The Ignitor System provides increased voltage (up to 35,000) for improved performance and fuel efficiency. This tiny ignition system fits neatly underneath the distributor cap, and is compatible with all 12 volt negative ground system. The Ignitor eliminates the need for large ignition boxes and endless wiring that can clutter and engine compartment. Designed for use with standard and heavy-duty point-type coils. Ignitor is compatible with MSD and Jacobs systems.
*NOTE: ''LS'' in the application number denotes ''Lobe Sensor''. This allows the Ignitor to trigger off the lobes of the distributor cam, eliminating the need for magnetic rings or sleeves. This will also eliminate the need for distributor removal during installation. The ''C'' denotes clockwise for Chevrolet and Buick. The ''CC'' denotes counter clockwise for Oldsmobile and Pontiac. They cannot be interchanged.
