These Volant Kits feature cross-link polyethylene filter boxes and air ducts. To gain horsepower, the boxes are designed to protect filters against engine compartment heat. Sculpted air ducts have larger diameters, unique bends, and smooth transitions to improve an engine's air passage for awesome throttle response. Kits include marine-grade stainless steel clamps and silicone connectors for flexibility, strength, and thermal stability.

Volant Pro 5 Filters: Many Volant Intakes come with this cleanable and reusable high-grade cotton filter that offers five layers of protection. It reduces air restriction and increases engine output with precision pleat geometry that optimizes airflow throughout the intake system. Cleaning Kit #959-5100 is suggested for servicing/maintaining Pro 5 Blue Filters.

Volant PowerCore® Filters: The most revolutionary air filter on the market. Manufactured by Donaldson® to Volant's specifications, this filter uses high-quality, water-resistant, synthetic material that never needs oiling and doesn't deteriorate as easily as traditional cotton/gauze or paper media. It provides vastly improved filtration up to 99.97%. PowerCore® Filtration Technology works by directing air to the front of the filter, where it is channeled into a fluted design. The channels are alternately sealed so air enters through an open flute and is then forced to exit out an adjacent flute.
