    3M's Scotch-Brite Hand Pads are a general purpose hand pad designed for scuffing prior to laying paint or primer and light cleaning or reconditioning on most automotive surfaces. These pads are easily cleanable and can be re-used over and over. 3M's hand pads resist rust which provides lasting reliability and value. Available in medium or ulta-fine grit.
