Rated 1 out of 5 by from You can get them to install and they do turn on These lights have issues like everything else but for me I could not get past them, On my 2001 2nd gen Cummins the mounting brackets and bolt locations did not line up exactly. I needed to persuade them with a rather large screwdriver to mount them up. Because of this the headlight did not sit properly and was very noticeable due to the gaps being really uneven. This issue prevented me from being able to align the headlights. They just would not go low enough to stop me from blinding everybody. I could not see any difference in light output. I did not expect a drastic improvement because they are still halogen bulbs but did expect some kind of improvement, better focused light etc... I also made the mistake of assuming that becasue these have dual bulbs, when the high beams were turned on that both the projecter (low beam) and the High Beam bulb would turn on, they do not. The projector turns off and the high beam bulb next to it turns on. I also noticed a lot of fogging in the lens. I know this will happen with every headlamp but it felt there was more in this replacement than any other. I ended up removing them and going back to the OEM style lights from Doorman. These fit perfectly, while not exactly easy I could align them properly, they don't fog anywhere near as bad and I can't see any difference in light output or pattern. I really can't see why you would buy these. Because even if you're only going for a specific look the fitment was bad enough that I doubt it would be achievable.
