Dodge Super-B Single Turbo Kits
Super-B Turbo Kit
BD's Super-B Single Turbo Kit features a turbo design that was built from the Schwitzer S300 model series with a compressor housing and extended tip wheel that provides a broad operating range to supply air flow for engines developing 200 through 450 rear wheel HP.
The turbine housing and wheel assembly that we have selected results in low drive pressures, low exhaust temperatures and quick response throughout the engine RPM range. This turbo out performs others in this power range and results in quick, clean performance.
Super-B Special Turbo Kit
The Super-B Special Turbo compressor assembly will flow 80 lbs./min or 1160CFM. When fueled for the designed 550hp it will generate a positive boost-to-drive pressure ratio without increasing exhaust temperatures beyond peak operating conditions. The Borg Warner rotating assembly features an Extended Tip HIP'd 64.5mm compressor wheel with full floating axial bearings with a 6-pad thrust bearing design for long term durability.
BD's own compressor housing with a 90-degree outlet results in perfect fitment to the stock turbocharger intake connection points. The dual volute T3 turbine housing is made of ductile High Sil-Moly cast iron that easily handles peak operating exhaust temperatures (EGT's). Our heavy sprung dual waste gate actuator prevents boost creep while BD's own Turnbuckle Boost Control allows for ease of adjustment for altitude and extreme tuning.
WARNING: Motor vehicles contain fuel, oils and fluids, battery posts, terminals and related accessories which contain lead and lead compounds and other chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm. These chemicals are found in vehicles, vehicle parts and accessories, both new and as replacements. When being serviced, these vehicles generate used oil, waste fluids, grease, fumes and particulates, all known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, and reproductive harm.
WARNING: Some dust created by power sanding, sawing, grinding, drilling, and other construction activities contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. Some examples of these chemicals are: lead from lead-based paints, crystalline silica from bricks and cement and other masonry products, and arsenic and chromium from chemically treated lumber. Your risk from exposure to these chemicals varies, depending on how often you do this type of work. To reduce your exposure, work in a well-ventilated area and with approved safety equipment, such as dust masks that are specially designed to filter out microscopic particles.
