    O.E.M. radiators are just that, Original Equipment. They are designed to cool stock applications and overheating can take the fun out of cruising your hot rod or muscle car quickly. Be Cool designs their radiators in the same ''Crossflow'' / ''Downflow'' configuration as the original radiator to avoid any installation issues but that is where the similarities stop! Crossflow radiators are constructed with their tanks on the sides, while a Downflow radiator has its tanks on the top and bottom of the core. A commonly asked question is: Which is better, a Crossflow or Downflow radiator? The answer: Both will cool the same as long as the core surface of the radiator is the same in square inches.
    Cooling monster motors, especially when faced with common problems like tight spaces and small grille openings can be a challenge. Be Cool's cooling technology produces radiators that are 40% lighter than conventional O.E.M. units, yet have greater cooling power. These aluminum radiators feature a dual 1'' tube core, .080'' thick aluminum tanks. They are manufactured with OEM-sized inlets and outlets in the correct OEM locations. Additionally, they come with a billet filler neck and a brass petcock. Each radiator is 100% pressure tested before being shipped in expanding foam packaging. Their epoxy-free construction provides better heat dissipation, too, while allowing complete repairability. They are available in a natural aluminum or a mirror-polished finish that is real show stopper!
