    Manufacturer's Part Number:

In polished finish only, these CNC-machined billet bulkheads feature fittings designed to work with custom heater and A/C hoses. Heater hose connections are available to work with a barbed end for a push-on style 5/8'' heater hose and clamp setup or -10AN O-ring hose ends. AC bulkheads work with one -6AN and one -10AN AC hose with O-ring hose ends.

    66825 is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great bulkhead Just tried to install this in my pickup, I ordered the #10 an fittings as recommended on the jegs website. Installed it and couldn't get it to stop leaking, tried to tighten it so much that the aluminum bulkhead started to strip. Went to the local parts store that had a new bulk head in stock and found out that you are suppose to use an o-ring type fitting so had to buy new bulkhead and the correct fitting. When you use the correct fittings it works great just don't do what jegs recommends with the AN fittings

Does  this fitting require O-rings on the AN port side?

    Asked by: Autofab
