Elite 95 Delay Box
  • Red Display

  • Specifications:

    Manufacturer's Part Number:

When developing the Elite 95 Delay Box, Biondo began with their popular Mega 85 Control Box and then added:

  • LED that can show the average of the Driver Reaction Tester
  • Push-button mode specifically for CrossTalk* with the ability to tap up/down to .001 on the same pass
  • Output that can control a starting line or downtrack throttle stop & nitrous or shift solenoid up to 2 shifts

  • Three push-button inputs
  • Two 12-amp outputs (throttle stop & transbrake)
  • 7-1/16" x 4-1/8" x 1-3/4" (Face: 5-1/16" x 4-1/8")
  • Compatible with all engines, ignitions, and 12 or 16 volt systems

  • Crossover delay box
  • Blue, green, or red backlighting
  • User-friendly keypad for simple, quick programming
  • Arrow keys to scroll up or down for delay times, dial-ins, throttle stop time, etc.
  • Double hit the tree with 1 or 2 buttons, and the "How Late" display can show which hit launched the vehicle and by how much
  • Push-Button Interrupt Time is programmable to prevent the transbrake from engaging if the transbrake switch is accidentally touched
  • Driver Reaction Tester lets you practice reaction times while inside the vehicle with your own button and provides a true reaction readout
  • Tap up/down on the same pass to add/deduct a preset amount to the delay time (tap as much as you like & it will add to the total tap time)
  • Starting Line Enhancer for full-tree racing and Pro Tree Easy Start allow you to have the gas pedal to the floor while the motor stays at a low preset RPM until after the top bulb comes on; at that point the motor goes to the 2-step (this requires the purchase of an in-line throttle stop)

*CrossTalk is from bracket racing (delay box classes) where the full tree and handicapped dial-ins are used. With this option, the amber lights focus upon the driver in his/her lane. Each driver leaves off the top bulb (even the faster vehicle) with no crossing over. The top amber light in each lane activates at the start of the slower dialed-in car's tree countdown. The slower car's tree continues its normal .5 second countdown to green. The faster car's top light stays on for the standard .5 second duration plus the amount of handicap between the two lanes, and then it proceeds counting down afterward at the .5 second countdown to green.
