i'm interested in purchasing this engine for my 29 ford streetrod, that being said will the harmonic balancer and flexplate fit from my 289 thats in it now? or how do i know if they are 28.4 oz?

    Asked by: fast 57
The early Ford 302 engines were primarily externally weighted front and rear with the 28oz weight, but the only way to know for sure would be to purchase new parts for both.
