Will this engine work with a automatic transmission and will it fit (swapping a 305) out of a 89 caprice

    Asked by: 713Joe
Yes, this will work with an automatic and will fit in place of a 305. If the 305 was fuel injected the fuel pressure will need to be reduced to the appropriate pressure for a carburetor.
