Is this the same shortblock you use in your assembled long blocks? It looks like you have clearanced the oil galley plug bosses for a double roller chain I would like to run a cloyes hex-a-just and not have to settle for a single roller like the l98 has

    Asked by: Bill Chase
This would be the same block that we use on the BP3834CTC1, and on that build we only use a single roller chain.

Is this block a left or right hand dip stick and does it come with oil pump?

    Asked by: 572junky
This engine block is a passenger side dipstick only and it would not come with an oil pump.

is this a roller cam block, and does it have provision for manual fuel pump

    Asked by: 7chevelle1
This block does not have a camshaft. You can use any style cam. It should have a provision for a mechanical fuel pump.
