With that being said. Setting the timing do you go with the stock timing with using the stock sprockets or better with after market timing chain kit

You can start with the stock timing settings, and then decide if you want to advance or ret-ard the cam for different rpm power ranges. A new timing chain kit is always a good idea when you are installing a new camshaft.

When you first install this cam. Can your vehicle crank right up? Or do you have to tune it before you’re able to crank the vehicle?
