Rated 5 out of 5 by from Oh such a sweet sound to MY ears & not at all loud I replaced the old frozen one on my 2003 Land Rover Discovery, with such ease of the installation, I actually put in another smaller one beside it. Now, when I turn on the A/C, they immediately turn on, and when I turn the A/C off, then they turn off. What's even better than that, I wired them both into the present system, which is set up on a 40 amp circuit. Now when the engine is running a little hotter than usual, and I turn the A/C off, they continue to run, cooling the engine down a LOT faster than normal here in Hot Arizona. What I really like about this fan is that it puts out such a sweet sound that let's me know that I have COOLING going on. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FAN!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from loud but cools I've been running the dual derale fans with built in shroud model Derale 16934 High Output Dual Radiator Fan with great success on my Chevy 454 big block dually for one year. I haul a Lance 1181 truck camper and tow a 15 foot bayliner at the same time to and from the keys. I bought an extra fan for piece of mind because of the heat in the keys. They are very loud but produce an incredible amount of air volume. I use the JEGS 10570 Temp-Controlled Dual Fan Wiring Harness & Relay Kit. An excellent set up.
