Rated 1 out of 5 by from Go with another option... I installed these plug wires on my '00 Silverado. Let me start off by saying...initially, I thought these wires were very high quality. I also definitely noticed performance gains. These wires will serve you well if you never remove them. The weak point is the wire crimps. I had to remove the wires 2 months after install, and several terminals pulled off of the wires at the spark plug end (I will assure you I liberally applied die-electric grease prior to install). DUI and Jegs took care of them under the 1 year warranty. So here we are a year after I installed the second set of Livewires on my truck. I removed them in order to install a set of headers. You guessed it, several of the terminals pulled out of the wires AGAIN. I know DUI told me my issue was with not using enough die-electric grease in the boots. I can assure you, this isn't the case. I can tell you I have been an auto tech for 18 years, and I have never seen an issue like this with another set of wires if they were properly lubed up with die-electric grease. I wanted to put this review out there so I can hopefully help someone out. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a set of plug wires for your LS truck.
