M14x1.5 is the oem size for my oil pan. It currently has a single over size plug but it is stripped. Will this work? I was told I need a double over size before having to replace the pan.

Yes this should work for you, obviously it depends on how much the pan is stripped, but this is a double oversize plug for the same thread size.

Can you use an oversized plug more than once on aluminum oil pan?

Yes, just be sure you thread this back in so that it is not cutting new threads after the first use.
