DSE rear upper shock cross member is used when relocating the upper shock mounts inside of the frame rails, which is typical when widening the rear wheel tubs. The cross member is located between the rear wheel tubs. It should be mounted through the trunk floor pan to provide additional shock travel when ride height is lower than stock. This C-section cross member is made from 1/8" steel. It adds additional structural integrity to the rear sub frame and provides the necessary mounting for inboard upper shock mounts. It can be used on either staggered or non-staggered shock mounting.

Detroit Speed Rear Coilover Conversion Kits allow the most advanced coilover spring and shock technology to be easily bolted onto your classic car, giving the suspension a major performance increase.

DSE Coilover Kits bring the handling and ride quality into the 21st century with ‘Detroit Tuned’ valving. The base coilover package offers extensive ride height adjustability and DSE valving. The optional single adjustable coilovers offer adjustability with multiple settings for both compression and rebound for a more catered experience.

All kits include shocks, springs, mounting brackets, hardware and a spanner tool for shock adjustments.

Some parts are not legal for use in California or other states with similar laws / regulations
