    Pro Brake Tubing Tool

    Specifications:

    Manufacturer's Part Number:
    25304

This brake flaring tool will pay for itself with the first project, and it'll give you peace of mind knowing that your brake flares are of OE-precision quality and safety. You don't want to skimp on the brake system of your project vehicle! Mounts in your vise to help you easily form 45-degree single and double in OE steel, stainless steel, and soft metal tubing for 3/16'', 1/4'', 5/16'', 3/8'' and 4.75mm diameter lines...which means it will handle all your plumbing jobs from brake lines to transmission cooler lines and fuel lines.

"Turret-style" design allows you to make those precision flares in minimal time. All the brake-flaring forming dies you need are mounted right on the turret, so there's no fumbling for small parts, no worries about missing dies. "T"-handle screw clamp securely holds your line in place during forming.

To use, simply insert the tubing, swing the turret to step 1 to set the proper line depth. Turn the turret to step 2, where you'll form the flare. To form a double flare, spin the turret to step 3 to form it without cracks or deformation, and in perfect alignment with the fitting. This assures a tight, leak-free, professional brake flare every time! Compare to high-dollar European or U.S. models and see for yourself-you can't beat the high-quality results you'll get with this brake flaring tool. It's a professional-grade tool at a do-it-yourself price.

JEGS EZ Complete Kits are designed by JEGS professionals so you get all the parts you need.

    25304 is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 4.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes flares easy I struggled using handheld tube flaring devices so I bought this one for a vise. Been happy with it since. Makes perfect flares very fast. Even flares heavy walled tubing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect OEM style Double flares This tool is amazing. Perfect, zero issues on every flare. Simple to use and perfect results just like OEM lines. Stop fighing with those lines and different, problematic hands tools. Must have tool for any restoration.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Only tool I found that can make double flares in Stainless Steel brake line at this price point. One of the forums suggested that Snap On or S&K made a tool that works on stainless, but I couldn't find the tool. $200 was on the high side for a single project, but I've used the $20 variety before the brake tube always slips. flares need to be redone. The same tool is available directly through Eastwood, and often comes on sale at $179.99, but they charge shipping. I paired this with a Koul Tool flare lapping tool and now my brake lines should be good for the remaining life of the vehicle (another 50 years) - I was considering anti seize on the tubing nuts so in 10 years I don't round those off changing flex hoses or wheel cylinders. It does feel like working with stainless, I am putting this tool to its limit, and I'm unsure if it could do that indefinitely - 20-30 flares maybe.
