Increase tire and fender clearance, flare fenders and or repair wheel arch collision damage with this pro grade forming tool. Bolts directly to hub flange. Elongated holes in adapter plate fit all popular 4 and 5 bolt hubs and are held in place with the included dished washers and vehicle lug nuts. It will accommodate up to 120.6 mm (4.75") 4 and 5 lug bolt circles. Forming arm adjusts from 14" to 22-3/4" Delrin ball bearing forming roller is tough enough to form the fender without damaging the paint. To prevent paint from cracking when forming wheel arches, gently heat the paint before forming.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect I've done 5 cars with this roller. Works great every time. Use heat gun and gradually work it into shape. Perfect professional results. Never had paint crack. Never felt the need to use the crimper pliers that are also avail. Also as a warning, I've seen people destroy there fenders using the finishing crimpers. Be gentle if u plane to use them. This roller makes nice, consistent smooth rolled fenders every time. As a tip, when u get one side how want mark the adj. On the roller arm so u know how far to go on the other side. Great product and jegs is the cheapest your gonna find it.

    Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fits even the lowest of cars I bought this to roll the fenders on my 97' Mazda Miata after I had some rubbing issues with my wheels (15x7's wrapped in 205's, ET38 but I used a 25mm spacer). Best roller for the money. The replicas and knockoffs from amazon and eBay break really easily, this one powers through even double layered fenders. Worth every penny, and once you buy it you can sell it on craigslist as tons of people slam their cars and need their fenders rolled. My Miata is not slammed, but it is pretty low. I was worried the roller wouldn't fit but with a tiny bit of messing around I got it setup perfectly. Rolling the front fenders was very easy as its a single layer but the rear fenders were double layered and so it was a little harder, but the roller powered through and was able to roll the lip perfectly flat no problem. I then used it a couple days after to roll the fenders on my friend's stanced Miata and it worked perfectly then as well. It did take a little finesse to ensure the roller stayed in contact across the whole fender radius but once you set it, it's all about just adjusting the roller to keep getting it flatter and flatter.

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth every penny, and then some. I ordered this to roll the rear fenders/wheel lips on a 1992 Mustang. First, Eastwood is VERY clear that this item is not to be used on double thickness panels, which is what you will find on the back of most cars. If you take your time, it will work just fine. I heated the paint to ~140 degrees with a heat gun so it would not crack, and then I started rolling. With the double thickness panel you need to start at a very small angle, and slowly increase both the angle and the pressure. It took about 45 minutes per fender, and I ended up with wheel lips that look and feel like they came rolled from the factory. My fox body Mustang is lowered 2”, and the lip rolling turned out so good I was able to stuff a 17”x10.5” wheel with a 315/35/17 out back. I will note that it is extremely difficult to tighten the adjusters with the handles provided, so I removed the hands and used a wrench – this is the reason I only gave 4 stars. Thanks Eastwood for a great product, and thank Jeg’s for great prices and shipping. Every car guy should have this tool in their garage.
